Cookie reception after concert: If you are contributing cookies, please put cookies on an appealing platter (i.e., not a paper plate). Please bring a small card or label with any special identifiers (such as: Contains peanuts. Gluten free. Dairy free.).

Concert dress: All black: black dress or black top (with sleeves, short or long okay but no sleeveless tops, please), black slacks/skirt, black shoes. If you are wearing a skirt, please wear black stockings so that the effect is black from the waist down.


Please be prepared for possible publicity photos during warmups by wearing concert dress during warmups.

Pot Luck Dinner! Families welcome. Share food, camaraderie, an opportunity to reminisce after the performance, and a chance to make suggestions for future improvements.

Prism Concert: A Taste of Song. Rehearsal during the day at Eastman, followed by a brief break and then the concert. The Prism Concert is held every other year by the Greater Rochester Choral Consortium, of which the RWCC is a member. Attendance is free!

* Bad Parking Days On the third Tuesday of each month, parking across the street from our rehearsal site at DUPC will likely not be available because of regularly pre-scheduled Rochester City Council meetings. The city parking lot across the street from DUPC is blocked off on those days. The dates are usually the third Tuesdays of each month, but are subject to change. Please park on the street or in the nearby Hochstein lot (available after 6 p.m.). The City Parking Lot across the street from DUPC is blocked off on days when the City of Rochester Government Council meets. The 2018 meeting schedule/calendar for the Rochester City Council is published at the bottom of their webpage.

** Alternate Rehearsal Rooms Rehearsals are held in the DUPC Dining Room except:
Celebration Hall: The second Tuesday each month (and occasional other days as noted) we will rehearse next door in Celebration Hall--the large room with the stage.
