We encourage RWCC Members to join one of these committees. Committee leaders, chairs, and contact information are listed in the semester's handout. Volunteers are always welcome! Your time, skills, and energy are valued and will contribute. A Committee Fair is sometimes held during rehearsal time early in each season.

Concert Production

Without the Concert Production Committee, there would be no performance! You should consider joining this team if you want to:

This committee is responsible for finding opportunities for us to go to and possibly perform at local, regional, and national choral festivals. Join this committee if you'd like to:

The Fundraising Committee is crucial to the success of RWCC. Without it, we couldn't afford our concert venue! You should consider joining if you want to:

Music Selection

One of our most popular committees is the Music Selection Committee which is responsible for helping find and select music for our concerts each season. You should consider joining this committee if you want to:

Please note that in order to participate in the selection of concert repertoire, you must be either an RWCC performer or a Production Committee member (or both) during the season for which you are selecting the music.

Outreach

The RWCC takes pride in being a part of the Greater Rochester community and our Outreach Committee helps provide us with ways to give back to that community. You should consider joining this team if you want to:

Publications & Media (P&M)

Without the Publications and Media Committee, no one would know about the chorus! Join this team if you want to help with Public Relations. Help us:

Social & Retreat

The RWCC is a second family to many of our members. The bonds form while we sing at rehearsals but continue outside of chorus as well. This committee helps provide us with fun and productive retreats and opportunities to relax, socialize and engage with each other beyond just singing.
